Top 5 NFL 2021 CB Draft Prospects
Standing at number 8 in the ranking for the NFL prospective draft, Patrick Surtain II, he is a 5 start athlete that lives up. To his NFL bloodline with the Crimson Tide. Showing off his athletic skills at 6’2″ 203lbs and taking the All American his junior year.
Next on my list is Shaun Wade, 6’1″ 194lbs Big Ten-East 5 Star Corner from Ohio State. Ranked at number 9 right behind Surtain, this is a great rank for the red shirt junior could be the top defensive back pick of the draft. With him being the outstanding cover cornerback and sound tackler, and with a few more interceptions he is a sound top pick.
Israel Mukuamu, 6’4″ 205lbs Sophomore with South Carolina, has had an awesome career. Israel’s achievements are 2019 Associated Press Second-Team All-SEC 2019 SEC Fall Academic Honor Roll 2018-19 First-Year and that’s just the being. He had 59 tackles, 4 interceptions and 9 pass breaks. He is a guy to keep your eye on ranked at number 18.
I am going to throw a curve ball in the ranking list and say I believe this number 53 rank CB is a guy that is going to make a difference in this draft. Standing at 6’2″ 197lbs, Caleb Farley, red shirt junior at Virginia Tech. Already an NFL sized athlete, he is dominate on the field with a 90.3 coverage grade and a 26.8 passer rating on 50 targets last season. Despite losing 2 games due to a back injury at the end of the season. He reportedly runs in he 4.3’s for his 40 yard dash, he is a good prospect.
My next guy is Paulson Adebo, Pac-12 senior at Stanford. He stands at 6’1″ 190lbs this
