Players to Watch:
Josh Davis: In 28 career games, Davis has 3,266 all purpose yards on 513 career touches. A north-south runner, Davis has solid vision, breakaway speed, and is not afraid to get physical if need be. He won the Jerry Rice Award as the top FCS freshman in 2018.
Devon Cooley: Like Davis, Cooley has been a solid contributor to Weber State over the last two years. In 2019 he led the team with 59 receptions for 733 yards and 5 TDs. He could develop into a solid slot option in the NFL.

Players to Watch:
Bishop Jones: Coming off his redshirt season in 2018, Jones had a solid 2019 campaign from the Defensive Line. Last year he had 30 total tackles, 3 sacks, 2 blocked kicks, and led the team with 8 TFLs. Look for the edge rusher to have a solid Junior season in 2020.
Carlton Johnson: 2019 was Johnson’s redshirt freshman season, and he had such a good season that he was named to Athlon Sports Freshman All American Team as well as he was named to the third team All-Big Sky. He had 32 total tackles, and led the team in both pass breakups(4) and Interceptions (3).

Jordan Stanley OL
Jacob Torrez WR
Tykee Woods DB
Players to Watch:
Pierre Williams: Williams was the Hornets top receiver last year as he had 931 yards on 54 receptions. He also added to the stat line with 7 touchdowns. He is only one of two players in school history to have over 500 yards receiving in both their freshman and sophomore seasons. He was also named to the First Team All-Big Sky last season. If he has a 1,000-yard season he could be a late round pick in the Draft.
Troy Stiefel: The Blind side blocker for the Hornets is Troy Stiefel. The 6’5 285lbs Left Tackle started all 13 games last season and has been contributing since his 2018 Redshirt Freshman season. He is one to keep an eye on as a potential late round pick in the draft.
Brandon Weldon: On the other end of the Offensive Line you have Brandon Weldon who is the starting Right Tackle. Like Stiefel he started all 13 games last year and was part of an offensive line group that ranked 10th in the FCS in pressures allowed per sack. He is a bit shorter than Stiefel (6’3, 285lbs), but he has contributed to the team in more games than Stiefel. He should also be viewed as a potential late round talent.
Portland State:
Davis Koetter WR *
Beau Kelly WR *

Tevita Tuitavake LB

Jalen Chatman QB
Jerad Toman WR
Shiloh Ta’ase OL
John Schulte TE
Jayson Pace DE
Players to Watch:
Anthony Adams: Adams finished the 2019 season with 7 different awards, 6 first team all americans and was in the race for the Buck Buchanan award as the best defensive player in the FCS. Last year he had 56 total tackles, 2 TFLs, 5 INTs, and 1 blocked kick. With another great season he could potentially be a day 2 pick in the 2021 draft.
Davis Koetter: Koetter is one of the top targets on the Vikings heading into 2020. In his two years at Portland State he has had 42 receptions for 747 yards and 10 TDs. The former QuarterBack has great size and could potentially be used as a Taysom Hill type at the next level.
University of Northern Colorado:
Ben Raybon K/P
Dontay Warren WR/DB
Conner Martin QB
Tyree McNeil CB *
Jace Bobo LB *
Xavier Laing LB
Jamond DuBose S/ST
Jullen Ison RB
Trey Adams S

Robert Moss DT *
Jeremy Saddler OL
Grant Stephens OL *
Kevin Williams Jr. OL *
Garrett Betty FB *
Darren DeLaCroix TE *
Khristian Lee DE
Jean Desir DT
Keion Cross WR
Jaren Mitchell WR *
Players to Watch:
Grant Stephens: Stephens went into last season as the starting right bookend on the Offensive Line, and will do the same going into 2020 as he started all 12 games last season. At 6’4 295lbs, he has great size for the NFL.
Brooks Talkington: Talkington has been a solid contributor to UNC over the last two years and after a 2019 season that saw him start 11 out of the 12 games he played in, he will head into 2020 as a starter on the Defensive Line. His stats last year consisted of 33 total tackles, 5 TFLs, 1 sack, 2 QB hurries, 1 pass breakup and 1 interception which he took to the house.
Aaron Harris: Like Talkington, Harris started 11 of 12 games last season, however Harris showed his versatility as he started in a handful of different positions across the secondary. He finished the season with 54 total tackles, 2 fumble recoveries, 1 pass breakup, 1.5 TFLs, and 1 sack. His versatility could give him the edge in the draft process if it comes down to deciding between him and another DB.
Northern Arizona University:
Chancellor Brewington WR
Anthony Sweeney DB *
Brandon Porter WR *
Jacinto Castillo RB
Max Michalczik TE
Dy’Vine Wallace DB
Seth Long DL
Jonas Leader OL *
Matthew Kempton TE
Dajone Averett WR

Jalen Hooper OL *
Riley Langton WR *
Gino Campiotti TE
Jacob Mpungi DB
Heath Beemiller QB
Morgan Vest DB
Cejai Parrish DB *
Kukea Emmsley DL
Jackson Vaught DL
Players to Watch:
Brandon Porter: Porter finished the 2019 season being named to the Second Team All-Big Sky Conference, and heads into 2020 being named to the Hero Sports Preseason All-American Third Team. Last season the wideout had 9 starts, 85 receptions, 1198 receiving yards, 10 receiving TDs, 13 rushing attempts, and 32 rushing yards. I see him as a perfect slot back for the CFL if he doesn’t get the chance to play in the NFL.
Jonas Leader: Leader is the starting Right Guard for the Lumberjacks and he helped UNA become the top passing offense in the FCS last season. At 6’5, 280lbs, he will need to add some weight to be able to compete with the big interior Defensive Lineman in the NFL.

Charlie Baumann OL *
Brad Godwin OL *
Aiden Nellor TE
Seth Harrison K/P
Zion Fa’aopega DL
Ely Doyle DB
Jamyn Patu RB
Players to Watch:
Wyatt Musser: Musser has played in every game for EWU’s Offensive Line since his 2018 Redshirt Freshman season. The 6’5 295lbs lineman helped pave the way for EWU’s FCS leading offense in 2019. The CFL loves EWU players, so I could see him potentially getting a chance to play pro up north if he does not get an NFL shot after he’s done at EWU.
Idaho:
Wyryor Noil DB

D’Andrei Pittman DB
Drew Rice FB
Hunter DeRize WR
Edward Becker LB
Luke Nemec DL
Seth Carnahan OL
Logan Prescott K
Correy Quinn DL
Players to Watch:
Cutrell Haywood: Haywood put up decent numbers as both a receiver and a return man last year which will help his case to make a pro team. In regard to his receiving stats last season he had 570 yards and 6 TDs on 60 receptions. In the return game he had 16 returns for 146 yards and was named to the Second Team All-Big Sky as a punt returner in 2019.
Tre Walker: Tre Walker is arguably the best player on the Vandals roster heading into 2020. The HERO Sports Sophomore All-America First Teamer and Second Team All-Big Sky Inside Linebacker had 138 total tackles, 9 TFLs, 1.5 sacks, 2 pass deflections and 1 fumble recovery last season. He could be a solid value pick in the draft.
Idaho State:
Demonte Horton WR *
Isaiah Brimmer WR
Tyler Vander Waal QB
Cam Davis DB
Hunter Eborn DL
Terrance Jones DL
Bryson Toles S
Aren Manu LB
Garrett Crane DL *

Darian Green LB *
Jack Genova LB
DJ Hagler LB
Todd Payne DL
Jake Wilkerson OL *
Caleb Eldred OL *
Kevin Ryan K/P *
Sam Funkhouser LB
Alec Flanagan LB
Players to Watch:
Kevin Ryan: One of the few bright spots on the ISU squad is kicker Kevin Ryan. In 2019 he went 12 for 15 on field goals for an 80% success rate and had a long of 44 yards. He was also 26 for 28 which is good for a 93% success rate. He wasn’t the primary kickoff guy, but he had decent stats when he got the chance. In 20 kickoff attempts he had an average of 60.7 yards per kick and 10 touchbacks and 0 kicks went out of bounds.
Darian Green: Darian Green was a solid contributor on defense last season, and I am looking for him to take the next step in 2020. Last year he had 58 total tackles, 3 TFLs, and 1 sack on the season. Hopefully, he can get a full season in this year as he only played in 9 games last season.

Sean Anderson OT
AJ Forbes OL
Gerrit Bloemendaal OG
Tyler Ganoung OG
Levi Janacaro LB
Tyler Flink LB
Lorenzo Brown DT
Alex Gubner DT *
Milton Mamula DE
TraJon Cotton CB
Players to Watch:
Robby Hauck: Hauck heads into 2020 as a HERO Sports Preseason All-America first-team and a HERO Sports Preseason All-Big Sky first-team member at the safety position. In his two years at Montana thus far he has been a major contributor on defense as he has had 224 total tackles, 7.5 TFLs, 3 sacks, 1 INT, 2 forced fumbles, and 7 pass deflections. I think he has real potential to be a day 2 pick if he adds a bit more weight.
Malik Flowers: Like Hauck, Flowers heads into 2020 as a HERO Sports Preseason All-America first-team and a HERO Sports Preseason All-Big Sky first-team member as a Kick Returner. His receiving stats are next to none over the last two years so it will be interesting to see if he develops more in the offense in 2020. On the other hand, he is one of the most dominate return men in the FCS. In 54 career returns, he has 1,486 yards and 3 TDs. His average kick return goes for 27.5 yards, which is better than getting the ball on the 25 on a touchback. With similar size and skill set, I would compare him to Cordarrelle Patterson.
Montana State:
Tyson Regimbal DL
Coy Steel WR *
James Campbell WR
Jeffrey Manning S
Tyrone Marshall WR
Ty Okada DB *
Matthew McKay QB
Jacob Hadley TE *
Naequan Parker WR

Jory Choate ILB
Nolan Askelson ILB
Derryk Snell TE
Seer Deines DL
Rylan Wilcox OLB
Joe McElroy OL
Cole Sain OL
Treyton Pickering TE
Mark Estes WR
Logan Kleinhans WR
Players to Watch:
Isaiah Ifanse: Ifanse is already 13th in team history in rushing yards after 2 seasons, so I assume he will be the schools all time leader if he decides to stay for two more years. In 2019 he rushed for 813 yards and 6 TDs, while also helping out in the passing game catching 4 passes for 41 yards. Could prove to be a solid late round pick who provides value in both the running and receiving game.
Tucker Rovig: Rovig took over the offense last year and started the last 12 games of the season. Including their one playoff game, he threw for 1,969 yards on 279 attempts, and had a 61.6 completion percentage. He also threw for 15 TDs and had a 135.09 QB Efficiency rating. He also showed a bit of mobility on the ground as he had 142 yards gained on 47 attempts and 2 rushing TDs. He will need to improve quiet a bit to get serious NFL consideration but the CFL loves Big Sky QBs, so there might be real potential for him up north.

Jordan Ford OL
Malik Banks OL
Josiah Suani DL
Lance Babb II WR
Theo Goodwin WR
McCallan Castles TE
Robert Simkins WR
Finn Rudd P
Players to Watch:
Ulonzo Gilliam Jr.: The STATS FCS All-American Third Team Running Back is currently 6th in UC Davis history in rushing yards which is great for a 2nd year back. In his career he has rushed for 2225 yards (1249 coming in 2019) on 429 attempts and 24 TDs. He also provides value in the passing game as he has had 114 career receptions for 739 total yards and 6 TDs. He is a bit undersized, but he could be come a quality back in the NFL or CFL.
Devon King: On the other side of the ball we have Devon King, a 2019 First Team All-Big Sky Defensive Back. In 2019 he had 77 total tackles, 5.5 TFLs, 3 INTs, 8 pass deflections, 3 forced fumbles, and 1 fumble recovery. He looks to be a solid depth player and special teamer in the NFL.
Cal Poly:

Jalen Hamler QB
Leonte Huerta-Moore WR
J.T. Lyon OL
Daniel Machado OL
D’Angelo McKenzie DB
Timothy Miller LB
Xavier Moore WR
Kyle Reis OL
Ryan Rivera RB
Corey Thomas LB
Players to Watch:
Wade Willet: 2019 saw Wade Willet move into the starting Right Guard spot, and he helped Cal Poly earn a FCS rank of 9th in rushing yards and 7th in time of possession. At 6’6, 300lbs, he could be a hidden gem as a mammoth run blocker in the next two drafts.
Duy Tran-Sampson: In 2020 Tran-Sampson will move from Fullback where he had a 1,000+ yard season last year to Running Back. In 2019 he also had 8 rushing TDs. Depending on how he does at Running Back in 2020, at 6’2, 215lbs I view him a potential H-Back at the next level.
Dixie State:
Joshua Daniels WR
Tanner Hammond QB
Tyler Heaton NT *
Dylan Hendrickson DL
Adeeb Jaouni OL *
Saleutogi Lualemaga OL
Tima Malieitulua OL *

Trace Tupe LB
Kyle Whitesides OL *
Colby Williams CB
Taylor Alvarez OL
Braxton Hatch WR
Jayden Lacayo NT
Conner McKay LB
Malcolm Ross-Turner WR
Anthony Yarbrough DL *
Players to Watch:
Nathen Aceves: Aceves is the starting left guard for Dixie State and has started 21 games over the last two seasons. At 6’1 295lbs, he is undersized from what is desired at the NFL. However, with that being said, there is potential he could get noticed by a CFL and make an impact up there, but for the most part Americans are only used at the Tackle position, so he will really have to show that he is a dominate lineman or some flexibility to play Center.
Darrius Nash: From the Safety position Nash led the defense in 2019. He had 73 total tackles, 4.5 TFLs, 1.5 sacks, 2 INTs, 6 pass breakups, and 1 forced fumble. With Dixie State being such a low rated FCS program, Nash will really need to play his heart out to get noticed by NFL scouts.
University of San Diego:
Jake Cirame DE
Joel Daul DE
Bennett Dondoyano WR
Bryce Fledderman QB
Trent Forster C
Michael Gadinis TE
RJ Gonzalez RB
Brennan Goring RB

John Cody WR
Deshaun Harvey S
Joshua Hong S
Jacob Jackson WR
Jeffrey Jackson QB
Derek Kline TE
Leonard Leau LB
Tim Lockhart WR
Brayden Narveson K
James Reed TE
Players to Watch:
DJ Wright: Wright should be the starting Right Tackle for the Torero’s again in 2020. At 6’4, 275lbs, he is extremely small but his play in 2019 earned him high praises as he was named to HERO Sports FCS Sophomore All-American Team and the All-PFL First Team. Could be a player to watch if he adds significant weight to his frame.
Dalton Kincaid: Dalton Kincaid is one of the highest rated Tight Ends in the FCS heading into the 2020 season. Last year he led all Tight Ends in yards per catch with 19.98 (21st among all receivers) and he was 2nd among FCS Tight Ends in receiving yards and yards per game. His final stat count in 2019 was 44 receptions for 835 yards and 8 TDs. He needs to add some weight to be an inline Tight End at the next level, but he could be a solid day 3 prospect.
