Baker Mayfield and the Cleveland Browns did more than just stun the Titans. The NFL’s longest active playoff drought is moving closer to an end after 18 seasons.

Baker Mayfield threw for season-high 334 passing yards and four touchdowns in the first half.

Mayfield looked like a quarterback with something to prove against the Tennessee Titans.

The Browns look like a solid team leading up to the playoffs and they can be a tough team to beat.

Cleveland Brown’s key ingredient to their success is predicated on the run game.

The Browns lead the entire NFL in rushing yards at 1,893 yards for the season.

Nick Chubb and Kareem Hunt are the two-leading rushers for the Browns this season.

Throughout, the season Nick Chubb has rushed for 799 yards while averaging six yards per carry. Chubb has also scored seven touchdowns for the season.

Kareem Hunt has also had a great season for the Browns. He has rushed for 739 yards while averaging 4.3 yards per carry. Hunt has scored 4 touchdowns for the season.

If the Cleveland Browns run the ball effectively and control the time of possession. They can be tough to beat in the playoffs.

The Titans came in leading the division in the AFC South after the big win against the Colts last week

The Titans came into this game as the favorites against the Browns. Especially after the performance from Derek Henry last week who is the best running back in the NFL.

The Browns stopped Derek Henry’s run game. The Titan’s success throughout the season has been because of the run game.

Henry only for 60- yards on 15 carries while averaging 4.0 yards per carry.

Henry also had his first fumble of the season. Derek Henry is someone who rarely fumbles the ball.

The Tennessee Titans put themselves in a 38-7 deficit in the first half.

They flat out laid an egg in the first half of the football game.

Despite, the Titan’s struggles in the first half. They did manage to cut the deficit in the second half.

They loss 41-35. Making them (8-4) on the season and now left tied after the Colts beat the Texans 26-20.

The Titans still have a better division record than the Colts. Meaning if the season ended today the Titans would be the first-place team in the division.

Tennessee will bounce back from the loss and get back on track before heading into the playoffs.

Derrick Henry will be Superman next week for his Titans when they visit Jacksonville next week.

I predict Derek Henry will rush over 100 plus yards against the Jaguars defense.
